Misty Scaggs is the founder of The S.W.A.N. Insurance Agency helping her clients Sleep… Well… At… Night. She has a passion for helping retirees navigate through the “Medicare Maze” taking the fear out of leaving their Group plan insurance. She is a leader in Educating Seniors in the St. Charles area and has been teaching Medicare 101 Courses for over 10 years. She also enjoys seeing clients enjoy their “Golden Years” by Protecting their Wealth with Financial Products and Tools as well as save on Taxes.

When asked what she does for a living she will tell you, “I give people the license to spend their Money”. She enjoys being a mom to her three boys and is looking forward to having grandbabies someday. When she is not at the office, she enjoys traveling the world, especially Argentina and soaking up the sun in her pool, convertible, or under a palm tree. She is a Beach Bum at Heart.

My name is Carol Thieme. I have been in the health insurance business in many different capacities for about 36 out of my 44 year working career. The last 3 years I have had the honor of working at SWAN Insurance Agency helping educate & assisting those seniors starting their Medicare journey as well as continuing to be there for them throughout the yaar.

I have assisted my Mother & Father through the process of moving from their home into an independent living facility, my mothers passing and my fathers move into assisted living. During this time I realized how much seniors are faced with and enjoyed being there for them and decided I wanted to be there for others as well.

I have been married to my husband for 39 years and have 1 Son & 2 Grandchildren. We enjoy traveling & have frequented many of the National Parks. When at home we stay active by biking, hiking, swimming, spending time with friends and spending time with our grandkids!
